Return Policy
No Refunds Policy:
We do not offer refunds. In case of returns, we provide a store credit note. Once we receive the returned product, the store credit note will be issued within 3 working days. Please note that the store credit note is valid for 1 month.
If the customer uses the store credit note to make a purchase, no further returns or credit notes will be issued. Only size exchanges in the same style will be allowed for such purchases.
Additionally, we do not offer refunds for order cancellations.
About Discount:
Product price may change after sales or any event. Brand reserve the right to change the discount of any product. Customer needs to pay the rest amount also with a credit note if in case they buy the product in sales/event and return it.
Exchange Policy:
1. We have 7 days exchange policy.
2. Customers must initiate an exchange request within 7 days of product delivery. Any defect, size, or fabric issue reported beyond this period will not be the brand's responsibility.
3. Muvazo offers a one-time exchange policy per order. A second exchange will not be entertained under any circumstances.
International Exchange: The brand will not bear the exchange and re-delivery shipping charges for international orders.
4. For size-related exchanges, customers should use the return/exchange option to specify the product being returned and the desired size.
5. To exchange for a different product, customers must raise a request through the return/exchange option. The brand will arrange a pick-up for the item, which will undergo a quality check upon receipt. After approval, the equivalent value will be credited to the Muvazo Wallet, allowing the customer to place a new order.
6. Muvazo will cover the costs for pick-up and delivery for the first exchange request. Once the request is submitted, the brand will handle the logistics for both retrieval and delivery of the product.
7. Upon receiving a returned item, the brand will conduct a thorough quality check. Customers will be notified of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. If approved:
For size exchanges, the replacement product will be processed.
For product exchanges, the value will be credited to the Muvazo Wallet, enabling a new purchase.
8. Only one exchange is permitted per order. Further requests for exchange will not be accepted.
When will the exchange product shipped?
Once the product which was sent to the customer earlier is received by the warehouse and
thoroughly checked to ensure they are in sellable condition (undamaged/no makeup marks/no odor/unwashed with all tags), then the exchange product will be shipped in 4-5 business days.
Please Note- During festivals, Pandemics or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your product delivered to you in good time.
